Commissioned by Leica, this assignment was about testing out the new all weather Leica XU in a challenging environment. I decided to take it on an adventure that I had always dreamed about in search of surf and shipwrecks in the Sahara desert. My aim was to try and capture the spirit of adventure and exploration through this incredible landscape. To me this trip was about falling in love with the hardship and inevitable beauty in the process of getting there.
